IMPACT FREE FLOOR
STEEL FIBRE REINFORCED CONCRETE (SFRC)
technology is the result of an extensive research and development programme in partnership with Propex Concrete Systems, UK. Only experienced and competent companies master the specific application methods of SFRC. In addition to its advanced understanding of concrete and steel fibre technologies, IMPACT Floors has developed a number of design tools and production processes (involving specially designed equipment, levelness and flatness control) resulting in high quality, cost-effective flooring systems able to meet all aspects of the clients’ requirements. Impact Floors predominantly uses undulated round and hooked end steel fibres with a blend of micro polypropylene fibres.

The Impact Free Floor, achieved by the use of a multidirectional casting method, eliminates saw-cut joints. The use of proven, sensible design methods, the mastering of concrete behavior, the understanding of steel fibre reinforced concrete technology and the constant monitoring of the production process allows Impact Floors to guarantee the delivery of a totally homogeneous industrial floor without saw-cut joints.
