Impact Strat Floor

Impact Strat Floor is a system of having the reinforcement at the panel ends with proper load transfer system and with combination of Macro Synthetic fibres or high performance steel fibres with a blend of micro polypropylene fibres.

Principles of Impact Strat Floor :
1. Correct type of reinforcement for the floors panels, and
2. Correct type of load transfer systems
Improved dowel geometries have been incorporated into the ACI guides to provide for better load transfer with greatly reduced restraint.

The diamond-shaped / trapezoidal / rectangular load plate is designed to be used in construction joints only.
With the protection of joints through correct load transfer assemblies and systems comes also the right type of reinforcement for right type of load bearing calculations of the floor on the floor load it experiences. It is proven worldwide that the right blend of fibre reinforcement shall perform optimally for ground supported slabs. Impact Strat Floor system adopts the engineered combination of Novocon range of steel fibres, Enduro range of macro synthetic fibres and Fibermesh range of micro polypropylene fibres for giving the concrete performance in the initial stage of concrete as well as in the hardened stage of the concrete thus making concrete, functional and durable from the early age of its life.
